The purpose of this global online community is to facilitate a dialogue between stakeholders in health workforce production in order to collectively discuss challenges to and opportunities for improving the capacity and quality of health workforce education and training. The community has been launched as a follow-up to the First Global Forum on Human Resources for Health, and specifically the skills-building workshop after The Forum on Strengthening the Health Workforce Production Pipeline.
