Health Information and Publications Network (HIPNET) is a mission-driven partnership that addresses a key public health need for access to technical health information and innovative information technologies that strengthen the performance and sustainability of health care programs, organizations, and services around the world. HIPNet facilitates collaboration among organizations that produce and disseminate print and electronic information in the field of international health. Through quarterly meetings, bi-annual conferences, an online resource center, an email forum and other activities, HIPNet ensures that member investments in health information materials and technologies are efficient, effective, and widely used. The purpose of this global online community of practice is to facilitate dialogue among experts and stakeholders in data and statistics on health workforce (human resources for health) in order to collectively discuss challenges to and opportunities for strengthening health workforce information and monitoring systems at national, regional and global levels.

The HTSP community of practice will be used to promote and encourage the adoption of Healthy Timing and Spacing of Pregnancy (HTSP) among decision-makers, program managers, practitioners, leaders in health and non-health sectors, and the community. The community has been launched as a follow-up to the First Global Forum on Human Resources for Health, and specifically the skills-building workshop after The Forum on Strengthening the Health Workforce Production Pipeline.

The purpose of the Pharmacy Education Taskforce is to develop evidence-based guidance and frameworks for scaling up pharmacy education and workforce relevant to needs, with a focus on countries in health workforce crisis.
