This community provides a forum for sharing information on private sector partnerships and corporate social responsbility related to health. It was created initially to enable the sharing of CSR information among participants in a regional training workshop that took place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (30 October-November 2). Entitled "Partnerships in Health at the Community Level: Making Corporate Social Responsibility Work in East Africa," more the 65 NGO, business and government representatives from Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia participated.
